We will absolutely not disclose your personal data to other companies or to other agents and service providers. the only exception to this would be:

We do not hold any financial data about you. All card details are handled by Stripe and their highly secure servers.

2. Right to cancel
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation 8 of The Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancelation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. [Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.] In providing the the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
We deliver worldwide using Royal Mail, which supports next day delivery from £3:50 within UK and from £4:00 to the rest of the world. You choose the method and cost level of delivery to suit your needs. All delivery costs are calculated on Royal Mails latest price tariffs we do not profit from extra delivery charges. For details on shipping see basket at checkout. All parcels are fully insured.
Delivery within UK
Royal Mail First Class items arrive the next working day, parcels dispatched on Saturday are usually delivered on either Monday or Tuesday. This method is only available for items with a value of £25 or less due to insurance reasons. As an alternative we offer Special Delivery within UK, insured up to the full value of your parcel.
Royal Mail Special Delivery delivers within 24 hours within the UK and is insured up to £250.
All registered deliveries come with tracking information. Once your parcel is on its way, we will email you your tracking number and a web address where you can follow the journey of your parcel.
Royal Mail International Signed For usually takes from two (most of Europe) to seven (i.e. Los Angeles, US) working days depending on geographic location. However, deliveries to Zone 2 countries like Australia, Japan, Korea and New Zealand may take longer.
We may upgrade your delivery method without incurring any additional shipping expenses from your side. This is to ensure that your parcel reaches you as safely and fast as possible. All registered deliveries come with tracking information. Once your parcel is on its way, we will email you your tracking number and a web address where you can follow the journey of your parcel.
PO Box addresses
We suggest to avoid using PO Box addresses for shipping as some delivery offices refuse to receive parcels on behalf of their clients should they need to sign for them. Please make sure that your PO Box accepts deliveries where a signature is required upon delivery.
Loose prints are sent in protective cardboard postal tubes rolled up. This is the safest way to ship prints without mounts. Original works are always shipped flat packed with additional layers of safety to avoid potential creasing or water damage.
Upon checkout we will give you an accurate estimate of the dispatch date for your parcel. Original works may take longer to assemble and dispatch, subject to availability.
In case of international shipping through Royal Mail (International Signed For) the postal company passes your parcel over to your local service for delivery, usually within two working days from the dispatch date. Royal Mail has no control over your parcel from that moment. However, if you still have not received your parcel within the expected delivery time please contact us and we will endeavour to arrange a re-delivery and send you a replacement. Every parcel we send out is always insured to its full value. It may also happen that your local customs office inspects your parcel before releasing it for delivery. That can cause a slight delay.
It is within the discretion of all customs offices to impose additional charges before releasing your parcel for local delivery outside the United Kingdom. In that case the delivery company will attempt to contact you in person, over the phone or by leaving a card at your delivery address to notify you about such charges. Although these cases are rare we would advise you to enter your primary contact number upon registering with us to avoid delays or the inconvenience of missing your delivery.
We take full responsibility for any damage occurring during delivery. All parcels are automatically insured.
Collect your items from the studio
Your order is also available for collection at the studio. Simply choose ‘Collection at the Studio’ from the listed delivery methods on the checkout page. _
Returns and Refunds
Hassle Free Return Policy
At Mr Murray we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite meet your expectations for some reason. That is why we make returns easy.
Submit a return request
You have 28 days from receipt of your goods to submit your request for refund or return. Contact us here. Return requests can take up to one week to process. We thank you for your patience.
Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt of returned goods. We will always try to issue return credit in the same manner as the original payment method.
We highly recommend the use of a trackable shipping method such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to return the goods to us. Remember to write your name and address somewhere on shipping box.
• You are free to return any item (unused and in perfect condition) within 28 days of receipt.
• Opened items where packaging has been damaged are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all opened items where packaging has been damaged.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging and in “like new” condition. Items returned in other than “like new” condition may be subject to additional restocking fees. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing credit.
• All returned items must be unassembled and repackaged in the manner they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.
• Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items. If you received free shipping then actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• International shipping costs are not refundable.

How to Cancel an Order
Most orders ship within 24-72 hours. Please call us immediately if you should choose to cancel your order. We promise to make every effort to cancel your order before it ships.
• If we are unable to cancel an item before it ships, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
• Custom ordered or built-to-order items may incur a cancellation fee varying by product.
• Once material has been cut, used or ordered for custom products, orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
